Sample Itinerary

Day One

  • Enjoy the RIO SAN ANTONIO CRUISE while listening to historically factual narrative and while taking in views of the San Antonio River Walk.

  • PERFORMANCE at the outdoor theater known as Arneson River Theater (small ensembles only).

  • Take THE DISCOVERY TOUR. Descend 180 feet below ground as the tour guide guides your attention to awesome stalagmites, stalactites, flowstones, and more!

Day Two

  • Spend a day in Port Aransas and at Mustang Island State Park. With more than five miles of coastline, the state park has plenty of room for fun in the sun.

  • Hang out on the beach, hike and explore this unspoiled barrier island park.

  • A BBQ DINNER in a nearby park marks the end of a beautiful day exploring this region.

Day Three

  • Depart to The Alamo: Take a self-guided tour prior to the history talk. The Alamo is the old mission where a small band of Texans held out for thirteen days against the centralist army of General Antonio López de Santa Anna. Performance in the Alamo Plaza

    Depart to Rancho Cortez: Your day in the Cowboy Capital of the World begins! Welcome to the Cowboy Capital of the World where you will learn to be a cowboy or cowgirl at this genuine ranch where there is plenty of Texas style fun with hay rides, campfires, cattle roundups, lasso lessons, and more!

    Enjoy a HOME-COOKED TEXAS-STYLE MEAL. Your day at the ranch ends with a campfire and roasting marshmallows. Depart for home with Memories to Last a Lifetime!
